To make a picture frame, to do a magic card trick, to draw a cartoon animal, to kick a soccer ball, to do origami, to make flowers out of tissue, to make a ribbon necklace, to make a friendship bracelet, to play indian poker, to play basketball, to hit a volleyball, to make homemade gatorade, throw a baseball the right way, to knit a crochet, to braid hair.

Sketch
by: Bram, Brugge, Belgium

I like to sketch in the open air. Every weeend I eternalize the nature and animals in the open field. Construction drwaing was not my core business. Till I stumble upon Google Sketch Up. An ideal tool i must say. At my middle school in Brugge I have mad a wondering show on the whiteboard with the tips and subterfuges of it. And everybody found it astonishing and they ae now askig me for help when they try to trace figueres and 3d schemes at home of caricatures and floor plans for their parents.

A lovely instrument to unravel in the first grades. Just set up a child's play colloquium scheme for a lecture and bring in your pc for connection to the smart board. And kick-off plus have fun :-) No need to stress that you have not all reply on all queries that rise afterwards, but their is the always working honest elucidation of the help button!

Take a look in front of all and let them assist you, the leader of the pack, with gaining the vivification you quest for together - good for team building exercises too i must say. Although you can optate for flipside tools as a back-up for a harangue.

Drawing
by: Zarah, Boston

Tell your speech class about the things you need for drawing and sketching. Like charcoal, pencils, ink, pastel crayons. And show some demo examples of famous art artists. Or - if you can draw very good - ask a volunteer to be a model and explain figure drawing and portraying human faces whil applying these techniques on the spot. You have to show while talking, so it's a challenge. But it pays you off if you succeed :-)

Make the most of your first homecoming. To hide the fact that you're listening to your ipod in class. To do the soulja boy dance.

Catch a Tree
by: Anonymous

Keep it simple. Cartoon lines. Trees are great b/c you virtually can't make a mistake. There are all kinds of trees including, dead, sick, lightning-struck, and imaginary. So you basically can't go wrong and don't even need talent to draw one.

Anatomy Models People
by: Clive

Other speech topics: how to draw a person from a school photo, paint a good looking self portrait, or make manga look a likes. I think proper proportions are important for drawing people. Distorting proportions can be reached with first drawing a ?skeleton? like figure. And then fill in the clothes et cetera.
